Indiana Future Land Development LLC is an Ohio-based real estate investment company that invests in the industries of tomorrow and owns and operates specialty properties to serve current and future land development needs. We do not develop sites for any of the following purposes: oil and gas drilling operations, fracking, raising animals or livestock, food processing, chemical processing, or prisons. We do not build pipelines and our development model is to own, not lease property.
Most of our development work is confidential, and sometimes we own sites for years before developing them. We believe that the right land helps the right industries grow and invest.
